Complete this track if you sponsor access, supervise researchers, maintain lab systems, or approve exceptions to normal onboarding policy.

Current Training Evidence#
The missions check fictional responsibility and departure decisions. A real onboarding packet, provisioning and ownership approval remain private operational work.
Use the current Passport lesson for sequencing. The competencies and evidence below describe later project capability and private owner review; they are not extra public submissions or automatic access grants.
Competencies#
You can:
- assign an information owner and classify project data;
- confirm GitHub, NAS, Euler, software, and guest-account requirements;
- select the required passport endorsements for each project;
- review unusual compute, storage, permission, and AI-tool requests;
- distinguish ETH-wide rules from IDEAL Lab policy;
- respond to credential, confidentiality, data-loss, and resource incidents;
- plan handover and revoke unnecessary access at project completion;
- maintain volatile documentation using primary sources and review dates.

Pass Criteria#
The researcher can begin without guessing about access, storage, data classification, AI tools, or compute policy. Exceptions are written, scoped, time-limited, and owned.
